In 1850, Theresia Hauer developed the recipe for a nougat-marzipan chocolate ball with a white chocolate coating, and it became known as the LIPIZZANER® BALL, our later international brand.
To celebrate its 175th anniversary (1850/2025), LECONTE CHOCOLATIERS is releasing this recipe with a crisp, two-layer coating of dark and milk chocolate.
